Special Event Area Fees
The enclosed shelter is located at the Infirmary Mound Park. The rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, heating/air-conditioning, and his/her restrooms.
A DAILY rental fee is charged for the use of the James E. Bradley Center according to the following schedule.
1 – 30 people $100.00
31 – 75 people $125.00
76 – 180 people $200.00
Clients misrepresenting their group size or damaging the Bradley Center may be assessed an additional charge. The James E. Bradley Center may be reserved seven days a week between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Patrons are not permitted to use the fireplace under any circumstance due to insurance limitations!
Shelter House
Infirmary Mound Park offers rentals on shelter houses #3,4,5, and 6. Each shelter accommodates approximately 110 people and may be reserved from April to October on weekends and holidays only.
A $35.00 non-refundable fee is required for each Shelter House reservation
Electrical and/or water service is not guaranteed in the rental.
Multipurpose Arenas
The arenas may be reserved from 8:30 a.m. to dusk seven days a week. The fee is $75.00 per day for the 208' x 108' sand arena and $200.00 per day for the 297' x 173' grass arena. 4-H groups may rent the sand arena for $50.00 per day and the grass arena for $125.00 per day. Licking Park District reserves the right to cancel arena reservations at any time due to inclement weather or unfavorable arena conditions.
Each organization renting the arena MUST have appropriate insurance and provide a "Certificate of Insurance" from the organization's insurance company. An "Agreement Not To Sue" form and "Rental Contract" provided by the Licking Park District must be signed by the group's chairperson before the event.
Special Event Area Fees
The Special Event Field can be rented 7 days a week for $250.00. This price includes use of arena building for electric outlets, use of refrigerator, and access to parking to accommodate the event.
